Hello everyone!

We are in the planning stage and are getting ready to open our doors again. We will be making a few changes, some temporary and some permanent, to make it safer for our guests and ourselves as well as allowing us to provide a better experience!

There are now three different types of reservations - Quiet Tea Time (Thurs-Sat), Casual Sunday, and Pre-order Collection (Weds). Please choose the option that is most suitable for yourself.

There is a reduction in our seating capacity, and the tables are spaced so that guests from both tables are no closer than two metres. Until further notice, guests sitting at the same table or at the tea bar must be from the same household.

All guests entering the tea house must use the touch free foam sanitiser or wash their hands with soap and warm water at the sinks. There will also be a small foam bottle sanitiser at each table for guests to use. We have doubled the gap between time slots to allow for extra cleaning.

We will not be accepting walk-ins for talk away on reservation days (Quiet Tea Time and Casual Sundays). This will help us to maintain the small number of guests coming in and out of the teahouse.

We are changing the way we explain and prepare tea to minimise time spent in close proximity. We will be wearing masks when serving. If guests feel more comfortable wearing a face covering inside please do so. If you want one but don’t have one please ask us, we have a small amount available.

A new tea experience menu (2-4 course) will be available for guests sitting at the platform tables and tea bar.
