EXTRA PRECAUTIONS FOR COVID19
There are a number of things we are taking extra precautions with and we hope you can understand and be patient with us.
All guests entering the tea house must use the touch free foam sanitiser or wash their hands with soap and warm water at the sinks. There is also a small bottle of foaming sanitiser at each table for guests to use during your visit.
All guests must arrive wearing a mask, and once seated you can remove it. If you have forgotten for your own, we do have a small amount of masks available for our guests. Mask is to be kept on at all times apart from when you are seated at your table.
All guests sitting at the same table must be from the same household until further notice.
We will be changing the way we explain and prepare tea to minimise time spent in close proximity. We will be wearing masks when serving.
In addition to washing our hands frequently, we have allowed half an hour in between time slots to clean and get ready for our next guests.
Our tables are at least 2 meters apart from each other. We seat only six guests maximum on quiet tea time days and four guests maximum on casual Sunday.
We will not be accepting any walk in takeaway orders during our reservation only days (Quiet Tea Time or casual Sundays) to make sure there is a very small amount of guests inside the tea house at one time.
If you have symptoms or have been in contact with others who have been tested positive for COVID-19 in the last two weeks, please be considerate of us and others and refrain from visiting.
Last but not least, if you are visiting us for the first time with a guest, please remind your guest about the concept and rules.
If there is anything we can do and prepare in advance to make your experience more comfortable, please do not hesitate to let us know.
We look forward to serving you.
