TIER 3 RESTRICTIONS
Once again, we are back to tier 3, which means after the 4 weeks national lockdown we have to continue to stay closed for our sit in service. And even if Manchester goes to Tier 2 in the next review on the 16th December, that leaves us one day to take reservations for 18th-20th. So if we are lucky we get to open three days for our sit in service before the year ends
We have therefore cancelled all the reservations and have sent an email to every guest and refunded the deposits. We apologise once again for the inconvenience caused.
We don’t know how many more times we have to do this. This is the third time this year we have been asked to close, and while we understand the need to keep people safe, each time it gets harder. If you are interested in Japanese tea or if you know someone who is interested in Japanese tea, please consider supporting us through our online shop for tea, teaware, plates, tote bag, etc. We hope you can shop with small and local businesses like ourselves or others that makes your life a little bit better with their existence.
We are going to make some adjustments and open as a shop for some days during December. If you are living nearby please consider visiting us for take away drinks, preorder collections or collection of tea ware (if you are make a purchase online and select collection from teahouse). We will update the finalised calendar for December soon and it will be posted on our website, Instagram and Facebook.
Lastly, we want to clarify that we cannot afford to put on any Black Friday discounts. We do not have a crazy selection of tea and teaware. But we can say each tea we put on the menu, each piece of tea ware or plate, we pay attention to and carefully select them.
Thank you very much for your understanding and continuous support.
