GIFT VOUCHERS ARE CURRENTLY PAUSED.

From March, the tea experience has been lengthened from 120 minutes to 150 minutes, in order for us to be able to provide a more in depth and memorable experience. Quiet Tea Time has been renamed to the Silent Japanese Tea Experience, and Casual Tea Time being renamed to the Japanese Tea Experience.

Guests redeeming a valid voucher will be served the Standard Menu as it was at the time of voucher purchase, but with the extended 150minute reservation duration. There will be an option to upgrade to our current offering and if chosen, an invoice to pay the difference in advance will be sent.

This is a voucher for a Japanese Tea Experience inside the teahouse.

Should you wish to have it sent as a physical product, please choose postage at checkout otherwise a PDF file will be sent to you.

Please be aware that our rules, terms and conditions apply to all guests visiting with or without a gift voucher. The voucher has a minimum of one year expiry date from date of purchase. Visit to the teahouse must be made within the expiry date written on the voucher.

To make a reservation with a gift voucher, please email us directly info@cha-ology.com quoting the recipient’s name and the voucher number, as well as your preferred date and time. Choose Japanese Tea Experience or Silent Japanese Tea Experience from the reservation page and look at the availability on the next page.
