Hello!

We understand that it will be some time, perhaps spring or early summer, until we are allowed to reopen for the sit in service. We are doing our best to make sure we get through this pandemic. We are very grateful for our customers ordering tea and teaware online. From January to March, we will be opening two days each month for preorder collection of some sweets items as well as take away drinks service. Due to the seriousness of corona virus, at the moment we do not recommend those living far away to make unnecessary trips to us. But if you are from the local area, please consider supporting us.

If you will be visiting us whether to collect items that have been preordered or for a take away drink, please read the following carefully prior to your arrival.

1. We allow two household (maximum two people from each household) inside at a time. If there are already two separate groups of guests inside, please wait outside of the tea house with social distancing rules applied and with your mask on.

2. Due to a busy neighbourhood area, please keep your mask on even when waiting outside of the tea house.

3 Hand sanitiser will be provided when you enter the tea house. If you prefer please wash your hands with hot water and soap at the sink provided.

Our post office trips for sending out tea and teaware remains the same - Mondays and Thursdays.
