We are currently in the process of renewing our website as well as the tea experience structure which will begin in March 2025. If you are looking to make a reservation for the month of March, please read this page and make your reservation accordingly.

The duration of the tea experience will be 2 1/2 hours from March.

Silent Japanese Tea Experience - Thursdays and Saturdays - A silent atmosphere with soft music playing in the background. Guests can relax their mind and enjoy Japanese tea and wagashi through the five senses. It is recommended to visit as solo guest or with one guest that you feel comfortable sitting with, without talking. Platform seating on low cushions (no shoes), or tea bar high chair seating. Reservation only.

Japanese Tea Experience - Fridays and Sundays - A time to enjoy Japanese tea and wagashi through the five senses, with some interactions and conversation between host and guests. High chair seating at the tea bar. Reservation only.

Once you choose the type of experience, you will choose one of the two following menus - HAKU or HARU. Guests visiting as a pair should choose the same menu.

Haku takes you on a journey to explore different processing methods and flavour profiles in the world of Japanese tea.

Haru showcases seasonal flavours and features especially rare teas to reflect Spring. Served between March and May.

RESERVATION POLICY:
* Reservations are for the current month. It cannot be amended to the next month and it cannot be amended or cancelled within 48 hours of the start time, please email us if you have experienced problems with amending reservations.
** All reservations are prepaid for at the time of booking.
*** Guests with vouchers please email info@cha-ology.com to make a reservation, quoting the code and name on the voucher, as well as the day and time you wish to make a reservation for.
