This matcha is blended from only the very best tencha from each year’s harvest, and so is very limited in production. A deep and clean umami flavour with incredible sweetness and Hoshinoseichan’s signature nutty aftertaste.

Region: Hoshinomura, Yame, Fukuoka

Also available in the set of 3 hoshino matcha (which includes Houju, Seiju and Ike no shiro). Enjoy a discount when purchasing this set. For UK based customers (delivery or collection from teahouse), the set will come with two sets of monaka DIY kit (monaka shells, anko, sea salt, genmai), so you can recreate your tea time experience at home! Orders outside of the UK will come with the monaka DIY kit without anko.

For monaka, once prepared, enjoy within five - ten minutes to fully enjoy the crispiness of monaka.

Anko will last for one week.
