Suitable for Koicha: Seiju, Houju

This this is a set of 3 different matcha from Hoshinoseichaen, ranging from everyday drinking Ike no Shiro to the best of each year’s harvest - Houju. Each one of these three matcha will have a sweet nutty aftertaste characteristic of Hoshino matcha.

These matcha are not suitable for making lattes with (the milk will overpower the delicate flavour and not taste particularly good). We recommend our Mokuren from the same tea producer which has more body and is absolutely perfect with milk!
